Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to every LUMIP user and to all network activity carried out through the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service; where the two conflict, the stricter provision applies.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, whether or not you did it yourself.
2. Permitted use
The Service is offered for lawful commercial purposes, including:
- Ad verification and creative checking
- Brand protection and counterfeit monitoring
- Market research, price comparison and observation of public data
- SEO and search result monitoring
- Multi-region availability testing of sites and applications
- Cross-border commerce store operations and social media account operations
- Network egress for development and test environments
3. Prohibited conduct
We terminate service immediately on discovering any of the following, and reserve the right to pursue remedies and cooperate with law enforcement:
- Network attacks of any kind: DDoS, port scanning, exploitation, brute forcing, man-in-the-middle
- Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, or attempts to bypass security and authentication
- Distributing malware, ransomware, trojans, cryptominers or exploit kits
- Phishing, impersonating people or brands, forging credentials or documents
- Sending spam email, spam messages or any unsolicited bulk communication
- Card fraud, money laundering, fake transactions and other financial fraud
- Distributing child sexual exploitation material, terrorist content, or other content prohibited by applicable law
- Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights
- Harassment, threats, defamation or doxxing
- Fraudulent registration intended to evade billing, abuse trials or falsify identity
- Reselling, redistributing or otherwise providing the Service to third parties without our written authorisation
4. Third-party platform rules
When you use the Service to reach a third-party platform, you must comply with that platform's terms and community rules. We provide no support or assurance for circumventing them.
Third-party risk decisions, account actions and policy changes are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
5. Resource use
- Do not circumvent bandwidth, traffic or concurrency limits by technical means
- Do not drive automated traffic through a single subscription beyond normal business scale
- Do not interfere with the operation of the Service or affect other users
6. Enforcement
We handle abuse in graded steps. The process and the appeal route are set out in the Abuse and Suspension Policy.
Conduct listed in section 3 results in immediate termination without prior notice and without refund.
7. Reporting and law enforcement
If you find someone using our service for the conduct above, report it through the ticket system with times, addresses and any evidence you have.
We cooperate with lawful, valid requests from judicial and law enforcement authorities.
