Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These terms form an agreement between you and LUMIP (“we”, “us”) covering the lumip.io website and related services (the “Service”). By registering an account, completing a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You need a working email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without authorisation. We are not liable for losses arising from your own failure to safeguard credentials.
- One person or entity may not register multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Reselling, lending or otherwise providing your account to a third party is prohibited without our prior written consent
- We may ask you to complete identity or payment verification in specific circumstances
3. The Service
We provide access to dedicated static residential IPs. The operator, route, bandwidth and term are those stated on the plan you purchase.
The Service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose. Third-party platform policies, risk controls and decisions are outside our control, and we make no promises about their outcomes.
4. Fees and billing
The Service runs on a prepaid balance: you top up your account balance first, then buy plans from it. Balance does not expire.
Prices are those displayed at the time of order. Except as set out in these terms and the Refund and Dispute Policy, fees for services already consumed are non-refundable.
- Resources are reclaimed if a subscription is not renewed before it expires, and we cannot guarantee the same address on re-provisioning
- We may adjust prices and plan structures; adjustments do not affect the current period of an active subscription
- If your account is terminated for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, remaining balance and unused time are not refunded
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with the laws applicable where you are and where you connect. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or infringing purpose, or in breach of a third party's terms.
You are solely responsible for your own compliance obligations, including the terms of the platforms you access, data protection law, and industry rules.
6. Changes and interruptions
We may suspend or adjust the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, supplier changes or events beyond our control. We give advance notice of planned maintenance where we can.
We may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a core service you have paid for, we will refund the unconsumed portion or provide equivalent compensation.
7. Intellectual property
The website, documentation, interface and brand marks belong to us or to their respective owners. They may not be copied, adapted or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or for how a third-party platform treats you.
In any event, our total aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice in serious cases.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as limitation of liability and dispute resolution — continue to apply.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of our principal place of business.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, either party may bring the matter before the competent authority at our principal place of business.
11. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
For questions about these terms, contact us through the ticket system in the console.
